SHIPPING POLICY — Gentle Baby Care

At Gentle Baby Care, we aim to deliver orders efficiently and transparently. Please read this Shipping Policy before placing an order.

1) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

2) Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Processing time does not include shipping time.

3) Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United States: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or peak seasons.

4) Bundle Shipping (Important)

If you purchase a bundle, items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages (sometimes on different days). You will receive all items included in your order.

5) Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

  • Free shipping is available in Canada only (when shown at checkout).

  • U.S. shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

6) Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships (when available).

  • Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

7) Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8) Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at gentle.baby.care@hotmail.com with your order number. We will assist you and investigate with the carrier where applicable.

9) Damaged Packages / Items

If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and follow our Damaged or Defective Products Policy. Please include photos/videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label if available.
