We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must follow our Damaged or Defective Products Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery to open a claim. Failure to follow the claim process may affect eligibility for a replacement or refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gentle Baby Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our products must be used under adult supervision. You are responsible for proper installation and use according to instructions.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
