Return & Refund Policy (14 Days)
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To request a return, contact us at gentle.baby.care@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your return.
Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns (e.g., ordered by mistake, no longer needed), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items (Claims)
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To open a claim, email gentle.baby.care@hotmail.com and include:

Photos/videos clearly showing: the item, the original packaging, and the shipping label (if applicable)
If approved, we will offer, at our discretion:

A replacement at no additional cost, or

A refund (full or partial depending on the situation)
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care goods, and hazardous materials/flammable liquids/gases.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
